Castelo Oliveira

The partner and founder DANIEL DA SILVA CASTELO OLIVEIRA has accumulated forensic experience since 1988. He was President of the OAB Subsection in São Paulo. He was elected and re-elected for four consecutive terms, evidencing his integrity and his combativeness in the fight for the rights and professional prerogatives of the Law. He was President of the Special Study Commission on the Jury Court of the OAB/SP. He completed a postgraduate course in Business Law at FGV/STRONG. He is a Criminal Lawyer, working notably in the area of Economic Criminal Law. Elected State Councilor of OAB/SP for the triennium 2022/2024.
